Founder of The CoParents Path
Email: Rita [at] thecoparentspath.com (Rita[at]thecoparentspath[dot]com)
Rita Morris is a seasoned therapist, certified coach, and co-parenting expert with over 20 years of experience supporting families through the complexities of divorce and shared parenting. She holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Counseling, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), and is a Certified Co-Parent Coach and trained Mediator.
As the founder of The CoParents Path, Rita blends clinical expertise with compassionate coaching to help separated and divorced parents reduce conflict, communicate effectively, and prioritize their children’s well-being. Her practice is rooted in the belief that even in the aftermath of a difficult breakup, parents can learn to co-parent with clarity, confidence, and care.
Rita’s work is informed not only by her extensive professional training but also by her personal story. Growing up in a high-conflict home where her parents “stayed together for the kids,” she deeply understands the emotional toll that unresolved parental conflict can have on a child. Today, she channels that experience into empowering other families to forge a better path—one where children feel secure, supported, and at peace in both homes.
Rita offers one-on-one coaching, group programs, online courses, and resources that address communication, conflict resolution, parenting plans, mindset, and healing. She is also the creator of several digital tools and educational products designed to make co-parenting smoother and more child-focused.
Whether she’s helping a family avoid another trip to court, guiding a parent through the grief of divorce, or teaching new ways to navigate multi-household family dynamics, Rita shows up with warmth, wisdom, and an unwavering commitment to protecting kids through the power of better parenting partnerships.
