Join us for an important conversation on postpartum depression and perinatal mental health with Shanita Alvarez-Crawley. This Trauma Training Tuesday will explore the emotional, psychological, and relational impact of postpartum depression, anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders during the perinatal period. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of risk factors, warning signs, cultural considerations, barriers to support, and trauma-informed approaches that help birthing individuals and families feel seen, supported, and connected during one of the most vulnerable transitions of life. Drawing from both clinical expertise and lived experience, this session will center compassion, equity, and hope for healing.
